    Shipping
    Locketmaid are proud to offer FREE second class postage as standard. You may upgrade to first class for a small charge. Most items are posted within a day or two of ordering so should reach you within the week. The main reason for delays is when we haven't received your details for personalisation.
    We offer OVERSEAS postage - please contact us if you can't find your country listed.
    If you need your item quickly we do offer a NEXT DAY DELIVERY service - your item should be received within 48 hours of ordering. We use Royal Mail Next day delivery - as of 1st March 2013 there minimum charge for this service is £5.65.

    Payment
    In order to facilitate an express service Locketmaid prefers Paypal, however, we also accept cheque, cash on collection or uncrossed postal orders. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'Lucy Warren' and expect a delay in delivery while the cheque clears.
    As our items are 'Buy it now' we presume immediate payment. If you have any problems with payment please contact us to avoid a unpaid case being opened (after 4 days).

    Returns
    In the rare event you are unhappy with your item a refund can be claimed. You need to lodge your complaint within 7 days of receipt of the item. The return carriage and costs will be your responsibility.

    Feedback
