AUTHENTICITIES

-        All my items are AUTHENTIC, I hold an authorized Second Hand Dealers license issued by the Kanagawa Pref. in Japan. The Japanese Government has ZERO tolerance in handling fake or stole items, and the Licenses are issued to only those of who passed the strict background checks by the Metropolitan Police of Japan.  If licensed dealers happen to sell fakes, they must give full refunds or their licenses are taken away.  YOU ARE FREE FROM ANY AUTHENTICITY CONCERNS ON MY ITEMS!

-        I am a very responsible seller therefore I will sincerely communicate with you regarding authenticity concerns of items you bought from me. Therefore please avoid leaving negative feedbacks on eBay before contacting me first.

 

BIDDINGS

ZERO FEEDBACK BIDDERS MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING,

IF NOT I WILL CANCEL YOUR BID.  I have all the rights to cancel bids from bidders which I have doubts of non-seriousness and non-paying histories. 

 

PAYMENT

PAPAL only and please insert your contact telephone number with payment, or shipping may be delayed. Payment must be received within 2 days after the end of this auction, otherwise I will relist the item.  If you have any reasons you cannot pay within 2 days, you must contact me as soon as possible.

 

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! I will only give refunds to items with proven non-authenticities.  Damage and loss during the shipping proves are responsibilities of courier companies, not my responsibilities.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

All items will be shipped by Swiss Post, TNT, EMS or DHL with online tracking number.  Only shippable once I receive the fund. Only shippable to the same name and address on the PayPal confirmed address. 


SHIPPING FEES & TIME

Shipping fees from Switzerland is extremely expensive as Switzerland is a very expensive country, I would like my buyers to understand that I am not over charging shipping fees. 

Swiss Post Priority: 8-15 working days (within EU: minimum $20 or more, USA, Asia, Oceania: minimum $26 or more)

Expended TNT: 2-5 working days (within EU: minimum $85 or more, USA: minimum $110 or more,  Asia & Oceania: minimum $145 or more)


SHIPPING WARNINGS, CUSTOMS OF YOUR COUNTRIES, DELAYS

-        Import custom charges and taxes are buyer's responsibility, which are not included in the winning price of the items or in the shipping fees.  Please check with your country's customs’ office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

-       I do not give refunds for damages or losses which happened during the delivery time. Damage and loss are responsibilities of courier companies such as Swiss Post, TNT, EMS or DHL which I will use to have your items shipped to you.  In case there are any damages and losses, courier companies will only refund the values that are written on the shipping label, therefore the full winning price of all items must show on the shipping label.

-         Delays caused by customs and cornier companies are not my responsibilities. Significant delays are reported in Singapore, Canada, Italy, Colombia,Philippines, Indonesia, UK and others.
