Figure has jointed arms, legs and accompanying tree which are controlled by strings attached to push button on the underside of the pedestal (I have tried to show this in the pictures). Has logo on base: TOTO in triangle. I believe this item might be from Czechoslovakia. Original owner, figure was gifted to me in the 1960's.

Stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
