Situated minutes away from the New Sierra Golf Course and Club House - our holiday home is a great base to stay to see the sights and play some golf, either on site or at one of the many local courses including La Manga Club, La Torre Golf, Mar Menor Golf, Roda Golf or La Serena Golf.

1st Floor: 2 double bedrooms, the master has it's own sun terrace both with air con (payable locally) (sleeps 4) and a large family bathroom.
Under-build: double sofa bed, 2 ceiling fans and TV - a lovely area for additional guests (sleeps 2).
Outside: A lovely pool which is cleaned weekly and is lovely to come back and cool down in!
Roof Solarium: a beautiful sun trap to enjoy the wonderful weather.
The Sierra Golf urbanisation offers three bar's on site, Manolis, the Blue Palm Pool Bar where the swimming pool is available for use by guests and the New Sierra Golf Club House.
The property is around 20 minutes drive to Murcia Airport or just under an hour to Alicante Airport - a car would be advisable, it's an amazing base for days out in the Costa Blanca where you will find some exceptional shopping centre's, eateries and blue flag beaches.
The nearest town is Balsicas which offers numerous bars, restaurants, banks and shops.
