Q1.Why there is no coffee flow out or little coffee came out?

A1.Please make sure the capsule cover is clean well before used, and dont forget used the thin filter or not will easy block lid.

Q2.The coffee machine cannot close?

A2.stainless steel material is different from original plastic capsule. Metal capsule need push more power to close the cover ,this is normal situation.
