POSTAL COSTS ARE CALCULATED ON ACTUAL POST AND MATERIALS, SUCH AS COSTS OF TUBE ETC.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (unless I should be away) and you will receive notification of when it has been dispatched. Generally I aim to ship within 3 days, but occasionally I must order specific stock, which may add a few days onto the time it takes to ship out orders. And then the actual amount of time it takes to arrive at your location depends on where you are.

IMPORTANT! - PLEASE READ

These posters are shipped from the UK, They are NOT SENT with tracking information because it costs nearly as much as the poster itself again, and I can't pass that along to customers.

All dispatches are posted in a hard tube.

I send parcels via the UK standard international postage service. This is the most cost effective way of posting and is roughly 99% OK. Posting usually takes at least 2 weeks from the UK to the States (Also Worldwide) However I have known some to take 5 days and I have known packages to take up to 10 weeks before, so please allow for this; (Internal posting from country delivery to state to state can sometimes take longer).

Please also note Customs do randomly inspect parcels This too can delay items in transit. Any custom charges are NOT my responsibility. All my items are marked and sent with the correct declaration attached.

Any custom charges are **not** included in shipping costs.

If after 28 Working days from posting (these are classed as Monday-Friday, weekend days are not classed as working days) and the package has not arrived, I can provide proof of postage (this proves I have sent it, but does not provide tracking) If it has been lost then this would have to be taken up with your relevant postage service and try to seek its location.

I'm really sorry for any inconvenience of this, but we are very much at the mercy of the postal service.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS

After 36 days from posting - if your item has not arrived, I will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

Due to prohibitive costs, I do not accept returns as the cost of posting back would fall upon the customer who made the purchase and is not beneficial to the buyer or the seller.
