You are bidding on a completed handcrafted  rag quilt throw. The size is 62”wide X 77”length. There are 80 blocks in this quilt. 

This is a very cute and colorful bug materials (cotton top material) (see closeup of the material used), the backing is miscellaneous bugs flannel. There are some additional ones with the same fabrics on the front. The only difference Is the flannel print on the back. There is 8 flannel bee blocks and 72 flannel blocks of butterflies and catapillers.

I have used warm and natural cotton batting in the middle, flannel on the back for added warmth. I have sewn and "X" on each block so when they are washed the batting won't shift.

I make all my rag quilts with cotton batting in the middle

(not flannel) for added warmth and each seam (bloom) is hand snipped (not

machine cut). This is a very labor involved process, but if I am going to do

them I want good quality.
