If you purchase one of our items through the "Buy It Now" option, payment is requested at the time of purchase. 

We never knowingly misrepresent anything. If an error has occurred please contact us directly within 3 days of receiving your item so we can correct the issue professionally.  We want to make it right.  If the item is damaged or broken upon receipt please take pictures of the item and the packaging so that an insurance claim can be processed.  

International Shipping offered through eBay's Global Shipping Program.   We primarily use USPS but other carriers may be substituted based on lowest cost.  Your item will be mailed within 2 business days after payment is received/cleared, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Shipping quoted is only for the lower 48 states.  We don't not ship to APO addresses.  Buyer pays shipping charges unless otherwise stated. This item will include insurance cost which is reflected in shipping cost.
