Balloon will ship flat. For best results inflate day of event. String not included. Can be inflated with air or helium (helium required if you want it to float). Most grocery stores and party stores will inflate with helium for a fee or you can DIY like I did with a personal sized helium tank (found at most supermarkets, party and craft stores).
