Beautiful earrings made from vintage cherry red faceted glass crystal beads with oxidised 925 sterling silver chains, spacer beads & ear hooks.
For pierced ears, the earrings are 6.5cm in length measured from the top of the hooks, the red glass beads measure 7.5mm & 4.5mm.
These red glass beads are so beautiful, vibrant cherry red, the larger red crystal beads would have originally had an area of AB coating but this has mostly worn off. They originate from a vintage 1950's necklace, all black metal parts are oxidised sterling silver which are new & the earrings are unworn.
All black metal parts are 925 sterling silver which I have oxidised to give it an antique black finish, this is solid sterling silver not just silver plated. The black finish will not wear off unless vigorously cleaned with silver polish.

I have been designing & creating jewellery for over 30 years. My pieces are made from sterling silver, Swarovski crystal, semi precious stones and a mix of vintage beads that I have collected over the years. These beads are in excellent vintage condition, I do not use beads with any major flaws. They do have a history and therefore may have a tiny flea bite or scratch but this just shows that they have been worn and loved.
All my designs are individually hand-crafted and due to the inclusion of vintage beads they cannot be mass produced and will sometimes be totally unique, you will not see anyone else wearing the same piece.
