La spedizione in isole e luoghi disagiati è sempre gratuita, i tempi di consegna possono variare rispetto ai 1/2 giorni lavorativi in base al luogo di consegna.

Lo scontrino fiscale sarà allegato ad ogni articolo acquistato.

RICHIESTA FATTURA

La fattura deve essere richiesta obbligatoriamente prima o al momento del pagamento dell'ordine.

RESI

Per qualsiasi motivo il Cliente può esercitare il diritto di recesso o cambio taglia entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna dell'articolo.
- Il reso o cambio taglia è a carico dell'acquirente.
- L'articolo deve essere reso all'interno dell'imballo utilizzato da DESIDERIO boutique e tramite corriere tracciabile.
- L'articolo restituito deve essere: intatto, non usurato, non lavato, non indossato (salvo prova taglia) e comprensivo di ogni confezione, etichetta ed accessorio.
- Il rimborso verrà emesso mediante il metodo di pagamento utilizzato in fase d'acquisto.
- Il sigillo di garanzia (o etichetta) DESIDERIO non deve essere manomesso o danneggiato.
- Se l'articolo consegnato dovesse risultare difettato o non conforme a quanto ordinato, provvederemo ad un ritiro a nostre spese.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dispatches

DESIDERIO boutique dispatches worldwide with selected express couriers: GLS, UPS, DHL.
Orders are processed and prepared in 24 hours, from monday to friday.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
On Italian public holidays, dispatches will be processed the next business day.

Express Couriers

Currently, DESIDERIO boutique mainly uses:
- GLS: European Union (EU)
- DHL / UPS : USA and Canada
- UPS: Rest of the World

Track & Trace

All shipments are traceable, wherever possible.
At the time of shipping the Client receives the name of the courier, and the tracking number, to follow the progression of delivery. 
Please note that the couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

Import Fees

Any kind of import fees is responsibility of the client.
Product prices that are published on the boutique reflect the actual retail price of the goods which not include Import Fees (based on the customer's home country regulation).

Invoice

The total invoice paid during the purchase process do not includes DDU countries where the Customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on shipping address and customs process, generally:
- European Union: 3/5 days
- Europe: 5 days
- North America: 5/7 days
- Rest of the World: 7/14 days.

Combined Shipping

There is no automatic discount for combined shipping / multiple purchase;
If interested in multiple purchase, please send us an email indicating items and shipping address.

Return Policy

The unused item can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. For more information please send us an email.

Terms & Conditions
- The value of the returned product will be refunded, except the shipping fees and import fees.
- The Security Tag DESIDERIO must still be intact and attached to returned items.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, etc.) received with the order.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged.
- All returns must be previously authorized by DESIDERIO boutique.
- The DESIDERIO security tag must not be removed, damaged or tampered.
- Any kind of export fees is responsibility of the client.
