with a shop in England since 1983, and I sell a few items on EBay from time to
time.

ensure correctly processed (Please note: faulty items may have a different
returns address, as many are returned directly to manufacturers for
processing on our behalf)
- For full satisfaction guarantee conditions, please email for
details, in summary: If an item is unwanted and as new, we will allow it
to be returned within a maximum of 14 days from date received. It
has to be as new including manual, packaging, etc - it may be viewed, and
box opened (but if in a blister pack, that cannot be opened). We
generally do not charge a restocking fee if as new. If not as new a
fee will apply, or return rejected. We can arrange a courier
collection. Courier/shipping costs are deducted from the
refund. CD's software, etc as listed are excluded from the
satisfaction guarantee, but still have a repair/replacement guarantee if
faulty (All unwanted item returns are at the Buyers cost)
- Products in general have a 12 months manufacturers guarantee
unless otherwise stated, assuming undamaged: If faulty within 30 days a
refund or replacement option. If after
30 days, items may be repaired, although a lot of brands replace. Some items include a 2nd and
even 3rd year guarantee, those items are usually repaired
(email us to know about the particular brand of your item for full details)
