In simple terms the WeeRide is designed for children upto 4, and the KRS should not be used until over 3. So it really depends on the age of your child.

Some differences:

WeeRide has a safety harness to keep you child safe. KRS doesn't.

WeeRide has protection on the back and sides. KRS doesn't.

WeeRide meets all Safety Standards worldwide. KRS doesn't meet Child Seat safety standards anywhere.

We are not saying KRS is unsafe, but we would not recommend for children under 3 years old.

Why are KRS allowed to sell in Australian stores? Because the Safety Standards are not a law but a recommendation, as crazy as that sounds. Whereas WeeRide is sold in the major stores around Europe, KRS isn't.

Why buy a WeeRide over a Cheap Import?

The products passes all testing including the very strict EU EN14344.
