Delivery

Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are generally dispatched the very same day. PayPal. Items purchased over the weekends will usually be dispatched on Monday.

UK Standard delivery is 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service

UK Next day delivery is 1-2 working days

International Standard delivery 5 -10 working days

International Expedited delivery 3-5 working days

Please note that International delivery times are subject to customs clearance

Returns & Refunds

If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you change your mind, please feel free to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, therefore, we recommend the item is returned and another order is placed.

Your returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, please keep the proof of postage. We recommend using Royal Mail recorded service. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or doesn’t fit.
