Vintage Seersucker Fabric Blue Stripe Ticking Style Rayon Blend?

From an estate sale with all older/vintage fabrics

At first glance the fabric looks like ticking, but it is seersucker with a slight pucker

I think it's a Rayon-Cotton blend (selvedge is smooth/shiny)

Measures 45" wide X 43" long
