New without tags. Beige and brown plaid pattern - pairs well with slacks, chinos or jeans. Wool and silk blend (based on feel, fabric / size tag removed) fabric that is one of the nicest I’ve ever felt. This was a made to measure piece but never actually worn, you can see faintly there was an another tag with a name on it but was removed.
