Not all orders can ship for one shipping fee but most can. I am happy to work with my customers to ensure they don't overpay for shipping but I can only refund
the part that is overpaid minus the fees that ebay will keep. And sometimes I honestly just get busy and forget to refund overpayment for shipping. Also, when a
seller does a partial refund ebay keeps the fees for the refunded part up to 15%. So if you pay two shipping fees of 3.95 and I refund you one of them ebay will keep .60 even
though I refunded you. I cannot refund what ebay keeps and stay in business.So please use the shopping cart and do not pay multiple shipping fees.
All items must be paid within 2 days of your commitment to purchase them either via But It Now or auction. After 4 days the sale is subject to cancellation. Non paying buyers will be blocked from future purchases.
Regardless of what this listing shows I nearly always ship within 2 days of receiving payment for an item.
