Fits most:
1992-2017 Ford E Series Vans with rear AC.  The connections will be on the driver's side, in the engine compartment, above the front wheel well, under the brake booster.  Some vans will only have accessible fittings under the body.

PLEASE NOTE: The underbody front connections are difficult, some customers give up.  Blocking off in the rear isn't recommended due to oil accumulating in the long capped lines.  If you want to block off your lines in the rear anyway, use my kit for Ford Windstar vans.

These fittings will allow you to block off the refrigerant lines to a rear A/C unit and use only a front A/C unit.  This is a common way to bypass leaking underbody lines or rear A/C unit and regain normal A/C operation from the front unit.

These fittings will block off Ford Springlock style fittings. Some of these vehicles were assembled with different fittings. You should look at your fittings before you order to make sure they will fit.  If you order these and then find out they will not fit, you can return these fittings to me at your shipping cost as long as they are in perfect unused condition, and I will refund your money.

These are extremely easy to install for any A/C technician or DIY mechanic.

Please watch my video linked below where I demonstrate how Ford Springlocks work.

These are 6061 aluminum CNC machined to the dimensions, tolerances and surface finish requirements of Ford Specification 6L24-19E777-AA in Michigan USA from solid bar stock.  Brazed fittings can leak when new, or they can develop leaks over time due to brazing flux forming what is known as a "flux plug" that is hard flux that seals a tiny hole when new, but over time breaks up and allows a leak.  Welded fittings also might develop a leak over time as a thin part of the weld eventually fails.
