         How to order the service.

      • Use Buy it now option to pay for the service.
      • At the checkpoint in postage details you have some options to choose: Free -  shipping back to our customer cost is included in the price and the console is insured for £60.  Next option is Royal Mail Special Delivery delivery service for extra £4 and this will cover your console for up to £500 (Please note that we don't provide collections, the extra £4 is for extra insurance in the case of lost or damage)
        • Please attach your eBay name to the console with return address, phone number and email address otherwise we won't be able to find the owner and send back the console on time. The email address and phone number we need to keep you updated. You will get the messages when we receive the console, start repair etc. The messages will be sent to you every time when we change the status of repair. 
        • Please ensure that the console is packed well as we don't take responsibility for any damage during the transport. Make sure that the box is strong enough to survive a journey from your address to ours and back again. 
        • We just need the console only. We don't need the joycons, chargers, game cards etc. and we don't take any responsibility for them if they get lost or get damaged.
        • If your console runs CFW, please leave the sd card in and tell us about it as it can make the repair process faster.
