* The hdmi port looks bad or damaged bent pins inside etc. *The console works fine ,the power light - white light- is on all the time , the fan spins*No picture , No signal on the tv*The picture flickers* It works only when you keep holding the hdmi cable in the specific angle
If your console flashes blue light only, it's got a BLOD (Blue Light of Death).

If your HDMI port looks fine but there is no signal on your TV, it might be HDMI IC Chip retimer issue.

This option is for you if you want to insure your console for more in case of damage or lost).
• Please attach your eBay name to the console with return address, phone number and email address otherwise we won't be able to find the owner and send back the console on time. The email address and phone number we need to keep you updated. You will get the messages when we receive the console, start repair etc. The messages will be sent to you every time when we change the status of repair. 
• Please ensure that the console is packed well as we don't take responsibility for any damage during the transport. Make sure that the box is strong enough to survive a journey from your address to ours and back again.
