John Little (1907 - 1984): An American born artist who attended the Buffalo Fine Arts academy and had a successful business designing textiles and wallpaper before he began taking classes at the Art Students League under George Grosz and working with Hans Hofmann. The latter greatly influenced his career working in the abstract realm to the point where he even had a joint show with Jackson Pollock.
