The display is securely attached to the inside of the wood carrying case. The case has finger-jointed corners, 2 metal clasps and carrying handle.

There are rubber feet on the short end for a stand-up display and on the long side to stand when closed. The dimensions are 28" long x 14 1/2" wide x 5/34" high. Weight is 15 pounds.

The display is in very good condition and will serve for many years as a biology teaching aid. The case does show signs of wear but all joints, hinges and clasps are tight.
