To purchase multiple metres please select the full metre from the drop menu and in quantity box add the number you require then proceed with the purchase. All multiple metres will be posted in one continuous length unless it exceeds the roll length then we will message you before dispatching the order.

If item/s is not delivered within 7 days from when it is dispatched then please contact us and we will immediately locate your order and if in the unlikely event the item/s is lost then we will replace you.

Returns
We strongly recommend you try a sample prior to purchase especially if your are wanting to colour match, this helps you see and test the fabric and avoids returns. Samples are available for only £0.99 and you can add any 3 colours by leaving a message prior to completing checkout (Provided Message Box in checkout screen).
We accepts 30 day returns policy.
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange or return then please message us via eBay messages and we will help you with your request. We understand that sometimes items can be damaged or get damaged during delivery. If in the unlikely event this happens then please do not worry instead just message us immediately and we will take full responsibility for our faults. We kindly ask you to check the item immediately on arrival and if its damaged we ask you to send us a picture so we can see what went wrong and we will do our best to resolve the issue, whether its going to be an exchange or a full refund.
To return for full refund we kindly ask you to please return item whilst ensuring it is in same unused condition as you received it and upon receiving the returned item we will immediately inspect the item and refund you.
