I am offering over the next couple evenings, a wonderful collection of carefully procured true antique c1820-1920 wedding whitework, lace and fabulously embroidered handkerchiefs. Spanning several lifetimes, and a couple major wars, most of these pieces are worked entirely by hand! Take some time to consider adding one of these cherished bridal heirlooms to your own private collection (I added to my own!), gifting to someone special or simply sit back and admire these *Olde Girls.

Several generations old, carefully tucked away, each handed down to the next young bride in line. Spanning from Pre- Civil War (1865), WWI (1918) through the Great Depression and up to WW2 (1940s), these PRIVATE ESTATE pieces are so gorgeous...simply stunning, admirable...perfect to preserve, lovingly repair or hand down to the next generation....continuing its heirloom legacy.

Why do I use 2 backgrounds? Black is to show condition of the lace, drape and lawn. White highlights the embroidery detail. Oak is just pretty.
