These colourful wooden craft matchsticks are incredibly versatile around the classroom and at home and are an absolute must for your craft cupboard!

They are ideal for a wide variety of decorative crafts and model making activities and can be used to construct 2D and 3D shapes as well as adding colourful lines and texture to collages and pictures. 

The matchsticks are easy to cut and glue and can be embellished with glitter, pompoms, wiggly eyes and feathers etc ~ just add children with their active imaginations and creative fingers.

In addition to crafts, the matchsticks are a versatile and inexpensive resource that can be used for fun interactive educational activities such as colour matching, counting and sorting activities, simple letter, number and shape formation and early spelling.  

 

The headless matchsticks measure approx. 48mm x 2mm x 2mm and are available in bags of 500, 1000 and 2000* ~ simply make your selection using the drop down list.  Colours are red, blue, green, yellow and orange.

 *Please note that the matchsticks are bagged up by weight and the quantities may vary by +/- 5%.

As with all craft projects, adult supervision is recommended with young children.   Not suitable for under 3's due to small parts.
