Antique Teens 1920s Pale blue Cotton Dress.  The palest blue purple, almost white.  two pieces -- blouse and skirt. Blouse has two long side panels trimmed in ruffles.  Open along the center skirt.  With Embroidered yellow and black Flowers. Includes a skirt. Skirt has an elastic waist but is completely stretched out.  Bodice fastens down the front with snaps.  Skirt also has snaps.  

Very slight underarm discoloration.  Some stains along skirt and center bodice.  See photos.
