These decals are discontinued new/old store stock and may need some reconditioning. Our recommendation is that you test an unused portion; if there was a problem you can preserve these decals by spraying either with gloss coat or using the product by Microscale Liquid Decal Film According to Microscale:
"The typical decal scrap box is not the best place to store the decals. Exposure to air, sunlight, moisture, great swings in temperature/humidity, or general abuse can cause decals can go bad. Restore old decals by coating them with MI-12" (Follow Directions from Microscale)
If using either method, let Glosscote or Decal Film dry, then dip in water.
