Invoices or receipt

We only provide ebay receipt only showing cost purchased and No GST to apply our company info will be on the invoice

Faults and Returns

Faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 Business Days.

Our tech may reach out to you via email or mobile to assist further.

In regards to faulty items buyer Must provide a video of the fault and buyer to arrange to package the item safely and send the item back within 7 days of opening a return request fail to do so will allow us to charge 50% refund.

Warranty and Guarantees

All items sold on are tagged with our personal warranty sticker don't tamper or remove it as this will support a reason for ebay not to issue a refund.

What happens after item is returned after customer advises its faulty.

If we get the item back and find it not to be faulty customer will only get a refund of 50 Percent ONLY.

Postage Issues

If a item is posted and is returned due to no delivery or wrong delivery or not collecting item customer to pay all postage cost again.

If customer does not want the item anymore cost of postage to be taken out of refund .
