Return and Refund Policy

Ø  The items are 100% as described on listing page.

Ø  There will be no discount given after purchase. If there is a problem with the item we will only give you refund or replacement. within 14 Days.Customer has 48 Hours after receiving the item to check the item and report any defect or not happy with item. after 48 hours we will not honor any complain regarding defect or any other issue related to phone

Ø  We keep list of all the IMEI and ESN that we sell, So please do not exchange the phone and return it. there will be no refund given. if the Phone is overs. 

Ø  Please DO NOT purchase if you feel that the description is incorrect. Please contact us before purchasing and we will assist you with the matter.

Ø  You will only receive what is described above. Nothing additional is included. If you have questions if something is included ask a question before purchasing.  

Ø  For unlocked phones you may have to manually configure settings (mms and web settings) for your carrier. We are not responsible for any settings issues, it is your responsibility to make all the features work with your carrier. For any phone it is the buyers responsibility to check if their carrier requires a DATA PLAN for a particular phone. We are selling the phone only and are not aware about any data plan requirements related to any particular phone. Please check with your carrier before purchase.

Ø  We donot give out the IMEI or ESN of the phones before purchase to prevent misuse. Please donot send request for sending the IMEI/ESN. Such questions will not be answered.

Ø  We reserve the right to refund your payment if we are not comfortable shipping to a particular address or if paypal does not allow us to ship to a particular address.

Ø  We are now accepting returns. However in order to minimize fraud we will charge re-stocking fee of 20% with a minimum of 10$ (hence it will be the higher of $10 or 20% of final sales value).
