Condition is like new open box, What this unit does is it allow’s you to delay any of the HDMI audio formats on 4 inputs to align sound and video its a HDMI 1.3 device, It is fully HDCP compliant so it has to decrypt the HDMI signal, separate the audio and delay it under user control, and then reinsert the delated audio back into the HDMI signal and re-encrypt it, This model is very rare ONLY 5 know to exist, it was announced to be realest but never made it to the market, I have spoken to the owner of the Felston company and they confirmed that there is about 5 know to exist and it is very RARE!
