Billing

For each purchase, a receipt is issued, which always travels together with the goods unless the customer requests it to be sent via Email or Whatsapp.
In the event of a request for issuing a tax invoice, the customer must request the same in the order notes or in a message immediately after the purchase. The invoice will be issued on a flat-rate basis, therefore without the application of VAT: pursuant to article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, law 190 of 2014 as amended by law 208 of 2015 and by law 145 of 2018 ".

Gift box

At the request of the customer, for each product purchased, we can send the kit free of charge to create a fantastic gift box, or always on request, we can send the product already packaged as a gift, attaching the tax receipt externally.

Shipping

All our national and international shipments are traceable and are carried out with the couriers of SDA, UPS and Poste Italiane. Wanting to offer the best possible service, we have developed agreements in collaboration with the best couriers in order to always guarantee a quality service from order to delivery. Insurance is included on all orders!

Returns

CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the same. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.

CUSTOMERS NOT RESIDING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We inform customers residing in countries outside the European Union that the return of the product is not accepted for any reason. The order can only be canceled before its fulfillment.
