On offer is this hand painted, mid 1800's antique Coalport plate.
The centre features a 'Lake Como' scene with a gilt and magenta banding.
The rear has the Coalbrookdale CBD gilt mark which dates it to circa 1851-1861 - http://www.thepotteries.org/mark/c/coalport.html.  It is also titled on the rear.
23.5cm in diameter.  
In good antique condition.  No chips, cracks or crazing and 'pings' nicely when flicked.  There is some rubbing to the gilt and magenta bandings. Please consider photos.
