Returns

If you change your mind, you can return the product and get a full refund, usually within 1 business day of us receiving the product. This can be up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, providing it is unused and in its original packaging. You as the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return postage.

If you ignore our request to provide your vehicle registration and as a result order the incorrect part you will be liable for the cost of return postage. We reserve the right to report any dishonest use of the returns system to eBay.

Parts Warranty

We are very proud of the quality and performance of the products we sell. However in the very unlikely event that during the warranty period you suspect the part to be faulty (through a manufacturing defect), please message us with the details and we will activate a warranty claim with the original manufacturer. We will require the product to be returned to us so we can allow inspection by the manufacturer. We will update you with any progress on the claim while it is active, with the process typically taking 4-6 weeks.

If following investigation the product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect we will reimburse you for the original value of the part you ordered or send you a replacement product free of charge, plus refund any reasonable costs you incurred by posting the original item back to us. Please note that this vehicle component must only be installed by a trained professional. This business/ individual may be contacted by the manufacturer during any warranty claim to ensure the product was installed correctly. The warranty will only cover the value of the part(s) originally ordered and the warranty will not cover non-professional installation, labour charges or any other consequential losses incurred.

This warranty against manufacturing defects will not cover wear & tear and will not cover off-road / track usage. The warranty will not transfer to a new owner of the part(s) or new owner / keeper of the vehicle if the owner / keeper changes during the warranty period. The warranty will only be active for the first vehicle to which it is installed, and this vehicle must fit the fitment criteria as described on this listing.
