For sale are the E-Case (made by Cascade Designs) e-Series 15 model flexible IPX7 waterproof case sleeve for 7" tablets and e-readers. It specifically mentions thw Kindle, Nook, & Google Nexus but it's universal for anything in that size range. The transparent windows are touchscreen compatible and are sealed by an insanely heavy-duty ziplock closure. They even have two lashing points! I personally use a couple different models of this brand (which is unfortunately no longer in existence) and they really are excellent for their role.
