W062-0010 Dual Blower Motor Replacement for Napoleon GD80
Aftermarket W062-0010 dual cage blower motor assembly replacement for Napolon GD80 Madsion™ gas fireplace. Does not include replacement gasket. This listing is for the blower only. 100% ball bearing, quiet and 180+ CFM of air flow. Equal if not better quality than the OEM blower. Blower will be shipped with two motor wires (male terminals) and one grounding wire with ring amp ring terminal.
Blower is variable speed, timer and thermostat compatible. Follow the instructions below for replacement.
How to Replace the Napoleon GD80 W062-0010 Blower
- Turn off the power to the appliance.
- Turn off the gas valve.
- Remove the glass door, logs, rear log support, side brick panels, rear baffle, and rear panel.
- The mounting plate can now be removed. Remove the six screws that secure the plate to the firebox back. The blower is secured to this plate.
- Disconnect the wire connectors and ground before attempting to remove the blower from the plate.
- When re-installing the replacement blower, it will be necessary to replace the gasket (W290-0091) on the mounting plate.
