Refunds and Returns

If this item is noted as "in used working condition", we do our best to inspect and test these items. In some cases, we do not have the expertise to fully test an item and we are willing to refund the purchase price of the items should they not function properly.

Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description and of the listing as a whole. We strive to keep excellent seller/buyer relationships, and are here to assist you if you are dissatisfied with the item for any reason. Please feel free to contact us for any reason if there is any concern about the item(s) you have purchased from us.

Shipping and Customs

·       We guarantee to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Weekends and Holidays)

·       Tracking numbers are recorded

·       All import duties and taxes are handled and paid by the buyer

·       Heavier items are shipped via Fed Ex and UPS

You can request your item to be shipped via your shipping account

Shipping internationally will have an additional charge and can often vary from what is calculated and advertised by eBay. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please contact us prior to completion of the transaction. International shipping delivery times vary greatly. Keep in mind that is some cases international shipments can take over a month to arrive. Also please do not purchase any items without knowing and understanding your local customs laws. You are responsible for understanding your countries import regulations. If you do decide to return an Item you are responsible for the any cost of shipping and customs back to us. We will subtract the amount charged for a customs or associated shipping return fee from the amount refunded. Contact us before returning an item. In the case of a defective item we may wish not to incur the cost of returning the item.

Combined orders

·        If you have bid on multiple auctions, please wait until all auctions have ended before proceeding to our checkout.

• All items must be paid within 7 days. If you fail to do so after constant reminders, we will relist our items. If you need help contact us by calling or writing.
• Once you complete the checkout, you may be able to combine additional auctions if item has not shipped or we get advance notice
• Failure to make combined payment will result in full & separate S&H charges for each item.

We acquire our items from various locations so in many cases they are used and this should be stated clearly in the description. Please look at all pictures before bidding, offering or buying, because they are the best way to get an accurate idea of the condition of the item. Our opinion may be different than yours. Returning an item

If you have any problems please contact us BEFORE opening a case. We will work with you to make sure we settle the matter in a manner suitable to both parties.  Remember it is important to contact us before you return an item. If the item proves to be defective we may choose not to incur the cost of return of the item.

Damage in shipping

We package the items very carefully. If in the unfortunate event your item is damaged. We will refund the cost of the item plus shipping. Damage must be reported to the shipper immediately.  All items are shipped insured and insurance claims need to be made with the shipper. We will also need to see pictures of the item upon arrival if applicable.
