Overall good+ condition.  First page shows some light staining.  All other pages are clean, with no writing, markings, or tears.  Some light discoloration due to age.  Minor shelf wear, particularly along corners and edges.  

This is an original WWII US Naval Air Station Anacostia D.C. District of Columbia cruise book unit history.  Book appears to cover years up to late 1944.  Please note that the 1944 publication year is my best guess.  No date is marked anywhere.
