This Ivy Ball is in the Paneled Grape Pattern #1881 produced by Westmoreland Glass from 1950 through the 1970s. 

It measures approximately 6.5 inches tall. The Westmoreland manufacturer's mark can be found on the bottom. 

It is a very heavy piece weighing almost 3 pounds!
