VINTAGE ELECTRIC ART DECO 2-PRONG OUTLETS EXTENSION 

These are SURFACE MOUNT.  They mount onto the wall and require no cover.

Ivory

The smaller one has a plastic part that swings out of the back of it.  I don't know what its for.

Untested.  In excellent vintage condition, no cracks breaks or discoloration.
