Rickard, Cobleskill, New York, 1989. FROM A LIMITED PRINTING OF ONLY 500 COPIES. This is the first exhaustive survey of miniature books ever undertaken. Hardcover in the original dust cover. Shows scarcely any wear at all, but there is some very faint, slight spotting to outermost page edges as shown in my photos. Unmarked. Remains a FINE copy. Measures 8 1/2 X 11 5/8, 250 pages.
