Units were in service, and pulled from working environment.
Unit was tested and is in working condition.  Now feedback for people have bought the units is that they worked but had very old firmware on them. One administrator was kind enough to give us the procedure for resetting the Passwords and doing the firmware up grade, it is as follows.

Here's the process of clearing the config:

Serial cable connected, 9600 8 N 1

push 'b' right at power up to break the boot process.

FESX448> no password
FESX448> boot system flash primary

After boot:

FESX448> enable
FESX448# erase start
FESX448# reload

Firmware upgrade on these really old ones (2.0.0) is pretty much impossible the normal way...the work around is to boot a newer firmware directly via TFTP, then do the normal/permanent upgrade process.
