Bidding / buying Policy

By bidding/buying you are agreeing to our terms of sale and policy.

If you have any question about the product or policy, please message us before bidding or buying, but please read through all information to reduce any questions that are answered within the following text.

All contact must be made through the eBay message system, emails sent directly to our email address will not be opened or answered, we do not respond to texts.

We do our best to answer all messages within 24 hours during working days (monday to friday). Responses will take longer if we are contacted within UK Bank holidays and weekends.

If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please contact us before you leave Feedback. We will do our best to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Shipping & posting

All items are in stock. We will endeavour to ship all items within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Most items will be sent via Royal Mail, larger or more expensive items may be sent via courier. Sometimes there are unavoidable delays with postage systems that we cannot be held responsible for. Please consider this before sending us complaints especially over a weekend. If an item is purchased after 3pm on a Friday, its likely it will not be dispatched until Monday for regular purchases.

Warranty

All items are supplied with a 14 day return to buyer warranty unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted and incompatible items (remorse returns), unless the item has been damaged in transit or when testing by us it may have been its last journey.

Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay and the item will be relisted.
