Batman – 55-year old Bruce Wayne returned from retirement to save Gotham City.  This version of the Dark Knight retained the fighting ability and detective skills of his youth,  but had a tougher attitude to crime.  With an older body, Batman was forced to rely on a number of hi-tech gadgets to aid his renewed war on crime.

Robin – A schoolgirl saved from muggers by Batman, Carrie decided to become the latest version of Robin.  As Robin, Carrie used a slingshot and fireworks to fight crime before receiving extensive hand-to-hand combat training from Batman.  Under the alias Catgirl, Carrie also utilised a pair or motorised roller skates and a batarang launcher.

The Joker – Well into his 50’s, this version of The Joker had spent much of his time in a catatonic stupor inside the walls of Arkham Asylum.  Upon the return of Batman, The Joker, fooled his psychiatrist to release him and hatched a plan to unleash his deadly toxin on Gotham City.  The Joker is a master escapologist, genius-level intellect and deadly hand-to-hand combatant.
