Comes with its original retaining flange.                                           My father used this with 4X5 ARCA SWISS camera/sold separately / as portrait lens.Condition is:USED but fully tested,working. SALE IS FINAL NO RETURNS,ONLY IF NOT AS DESCRIBED. No front and rear lens cap. Leans is clean and clear, and the 19 or so iris blades give this a smooth circular bokeh that is quite sought after.  No dust,fungus or  separation.
