We only use Romark® 1.6mm metallic brushed microsurfaced impact acrylic.

By starting with the microsurfaced impact arylic, then using world leading Epilog Lasers we can engrave our designs at 1200dpi allowing for the highest quality crisp design to be engraved on the surface. We also only use hospital grade air filters to extract any fumes; so any air extracted from the laser is 100 per cent air and nothing else.

As we manufacture, design and laser in house, we can provide any design required, at any shape up to 600x300mm, these are ideally suited for control panels, exterior signs, interior signs, industrail signage / tag, ornamentals, personal identification, trophies, award & plaques.

Q. What’s different between your signs and some cheaper signs on eBay which are printed or on stickers?

A. Our signs are all laser engraved on to interior and exterior UV stable Brushed metal specialist textured micro surfaced impact acrylic and are 1.6mm thick. Unlike stickers and printed signs which can fade over time; or warp, our specialist materials are fully weatherproof, and can also be used in a marine environment.

Q. Why should I spend a little more on your signs and plaques?

A. Like most things, you get what you pay for. A sticker or printed sign is not UV stable and can warp, or peel over time and is normally produced on cheap media, using cheap inks. Our products are all manufactured to specific requirements, and we can provide all technical details, data sheets, and safety sheets for all our Romark® materials. Our adhesives we use are all 3M and highly rated for our substrates.

Q. If I don’t see the exact wording, size or shape sign I require, can you help?

A. Yes, as we are the manufacturer, we are able to cut any shape size up to 600mm x 300mm, which is the laser bed size.

Q. What colour materials are available?

A. Brushed silver and brushed gold / brass (engraves black), yellow with black engraving, green with white engraving, blue with white engraving, red with white engraving, black with white engraving, are all standard material we keep in stock. Other specialist options are available. Please contact us to discuss.

Q. Can I provide a design for a sign or plaque?

A. Yes, please ensure any graphics are vector (not pixel based) and all text is converted to curves. Also, ensure there is no shades or colours in the design. If in any doubt, please see our email address in the contact details at the bottom of out listings, and email us your artwork for approval prior to order.

Q. We have specific requirement for a number of signs for our business, can you help?

A. Yes, happily, we can cater to all requirements, and can send you an offer or add a listing for you to purchase in line with your needs.

Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A. No, any order quantity can be catered for from a single item to many thousand.

Q. Can you offer multi colour signs / plaques?

A. Unlike many sellers, who use sublimation printers or screen printing for their signs, we use industrial laser engravers and cutters to manufacture our signs and plaques. This ensure they are suitable for outdoor use in any weather, so while we can engrave specialist materials which sometime give two colour engraving, we cannot engrave in colour. We can normally meet customer requirements within our specialist material options.
