This is a truly unique folded birthday card with a separate brightly colored bluebird that has a wind-up propeller with rubber band- still intact. Has directions for use and patented mechanism.
Very clever. 

I have not flown it because the tape holding mechanism is discolored and rubber band is old. I decided not to risk damage to old mechanism.
Too remarkable to risk damage.
