Terms Of Sale: There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or shown to be defective. In order to return goods, the customer must email or call and obtain a return authorization before sending the product back. Returns without authorization will be refused. An in store credit will be issued to the customer for the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a product is found to be defective, the customer should immediately email or call and obtain an authorization to ship the defective item back to Shades Of Paper.
