I pack all items with great care so they arrive to you safely. 

*However we all know accidents happen. If your item arrives broken (rare but it happens) because of usps , I will help you to file a claim by providing receipt if needed.

*I generally DO NOT wash items prior to selling unless it is extremely soiled. Most items are found while thrifting, estate sales, auctions and are vintage and used.
