The bit to bit measurement which is from the corner of the mouth up over the top of the horses head behind the ears and down the other side to the corner of the mouth measures 42” with enough room to safely add one more hole to make it 43”. It measures 38” at the smallest hole but it can be made as small as you want by adding more holes.
