Incredibly rare and cool original FBI poster for famous bank robber Willie Sutton.

Willie Sutton’s name will forever be synonymous with “bank robber” as he was so prolific (and caught so many times!) It was Willie Sutton who when asked “Why do you rob banks?” answered “Because that’s where the money is”.

In a bank robbing career that spanned forty years (he was first arrested in 1931) according to Wikipedia he stole $2 Million (“He stole from the rich and kept it”):

Because the FBI was periodically hunting for Mr. Sutton (when he wasn’t in prison!), there are a few different Wanted posters for him that were issued over the years. All are rare but this is (in my opinion) the best looking for framing and display.
